Due to revisions in the Skaters and Coaches Handbook the following is procedure change for all districts testing effect immediately:
If the program is "incomplete" (skater passed compulsories) the tester may retake only the program portion of the test within 1 year at a subsequent test session, otherwise the entire test (compulsories and program) must be retested.
The skater will still be required to pay the $35 district testing fee for any retesting part or the whole part of test.

ISI TESTING
- Ice Dancing 1-10 tests may now be taken solo or with a partner.
- A new series of Free Dance 1-10 tests has been created and must be passed & registered before competing in the Free Dance events.
- Couple 9 test now requires the "circular" mandatory dance step sequence.
- Pair 6 test now requires the "serpentine" mandatory dance step sequence.
- When testing the program portion of a freestyle test; if the skater fails to perform one of the required elements to the passing standard, the skater will be permitted to try that one element again after the program has been completed.
If the skater completes the required element on this retry, then the skater shall pass the test. If the skater fails again to perform that one required element to the passing standard, then the skater will receive the score of incomplete on the program portion of the test and will need to skate the program again at another test session.
- If a USFS skater has passed the Senior Freestyle test, they must compete no lower than Freestyle 8.
